STAG EVENT PRODUCTION & PROJECTS

With Stag Dining Group, a creative and design focused SF based boutique events and catering company,  I managed various projects including managing website redesign/rebuild, event production/design, client management and marketing collateral and asset design. 

EVENT DESIGN & MANAGEMENT: FOUNDATION CAPITAL SUMMER PARTY 2017

Foundation Capital, a South Bay VC firm, were frequent clients of Stag. They held a recurring annual summer party, that Stag was involved with multiple times. In 2017 Stag collaborated with them to manage the layout and craft cocktail portion of the event. I managed event design and logistics for Stag and the 500 person event.

The event had an Americana theme and requested cocktail bars that reflected the American "melting pot" theme that combined contemporary trends with nostalgia-inducing beverage and decor. We highlighted an Americana "backyard bbq" beer & wine bar complete with iconic white picket fence. In addition, we featured a sommelier lead sake tasting bar and freshly shaken DIY farm fresh margarita bar.


 

COOKING WITH CRENN

Stag Dining had the incredible honor of working with Michelin Starred Chef, Dominique Crenn and Mark Bright, Master Sommelier of Saison. I managed station design, setup and the service team.  Winery partners included Littorai and Partage, amongst others.


BACKYARD EVENT - 23 LAYERS

Creative event planners, 23 Layers, out of New York, got in touch with Stag. They'd seen the Instagram pics that I'd been posting, showing-off Stag's creative event presentations, while they were searching for partners in the Bay Area. They were planning an event in the South Bay and asked us to curate unique presentations for a boho themed backyard event. These swings perfectly captured the pastel boho theme of the event.
