I ran a group of several full service restaurants and promoted Sonja to a management role where she created and lead marketing campaigns across social media, conventional media, graphics, and operations for marketing and special events.

I'd describe Sonja as a grown up love child of Tina Fey and Oprah-- fun, great to work with, always upbeat, but also hard working and focused on results, and a leader for junior team members to look up to

Sonja is a great asset in a number of roles and I often think of her when building a new team.

I had a chance to work with Sonja for Stag Dining websites project and it was a great experience. She is very detailed oriented as well as great a project manager. The website project for Stag Dining was a great example of her work. We had a collaborative effort and the results were great.
She is bubbly, outgoing, perky, sweet, exciting and I would definitely work with her again

Sonja is a problem solver, she is fun, engaging and always looked for the best ways to showcase our brand and the people behind it. She is a self-starter and has a great personal work ethic. She works incredibly hard and holds herself to a high performance standards. She is a good person and valuable team member.

She's very effective at what she does and has a lot of different skills to draw upon.

Sonja and I worked together at Mercer Restaurant Group. Sonja was in charge of special events and new projects, I was in charge of all things liquid.

Sonja is upbeat and committed to getting the job done and finding solutions to problems while having a lot of laughs along the way. Sonja's strengths lie in her versatility in task, passion to make a difference and she's a crazy work-horse.

Sonja was fearless and ever-mobile making all the flurry seem so cool and fun. She even had time to check-in on me saying, "How ya doing, you ok?" I knew nothing about this girl named Sonja, but I felt like we were allies, working for something good and greater, something beyond the perfect mis-en-place and four brick walls.”

I wish I could work with Sonja again. She's a player I'd want on my team, regardless of industry or preference. I'd pick Sonja because the task slips into secondary. The enjoyment in the process, the challenge, and the learning is so much more rewarding.
